Parent/Guardian Agreement

I/We affirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. I/We agree to support the mission, values, and policies of Al-Hidaya School and understand that admission is contingent on space availability and school review.

I/We are responsible for the payment of the full year tuition. This responsibility remains valid even if the child(ren) is/are withdrawn from the school before the end of the school year. I understand that failure to meet any financial obligation to Al-Hidaya School may result in my child/children being expelled from the School, and/or my account being referred to a collection agency.

I/We will not hold Al-Hidaya School liable for any lost items, accidents, or injuries that may occur.

My child may have their photograph or video taken which may be used for classroom projects/management, bulletin boards, school publications, school website, and social media pages.

I and my child will comply with the rules and regulations of the school, which can be found in the Parent Handbook.

I/We understand that from time-to-time new policies may be implemented. Prior notification of policy changes will be given. Al-Hidaya School reserves the right to request removal of your child from the program if their behavior affects the academics of their fellow classmates, or if the parent displays a disrespectful manner towards staff.

For Preschool and Kindergarten Applicants: I/We testify that our child is fully toilet trained, school ready and does not require assistance for toileting.
